Agency Lead

As a Lead at ALUME, you will define direction across product, design, or growth depending on your strength. This role is about setting clarity, not just execution. You will guide decisions that shape how the product evolves and ensure teams stay aligned on what truly matters. You will work closely with founders and core contributors to translate high-level vision into actionable priorities. This includes shaping workflows, improving systems, and ensuring quality stays consistent across everything shipped. A key part of this role is removing ambiguity. You will help the team move faster by simplifying decisions, reducing noise, and focusing effort on what drives impact. This is not a passive leadership role. You are expected to actively contribute to execution while guiding direction.
